Since Raymond and I took over running the company on 22 July 2025, we’ve received a lot of valuable feedback highlighting areas for improvement.


We’ve been working through these requests systematically, and have already made a number of positive changes. The response so far has been fantastic, and we’re thrilled with the progress.


What we appreciate most is how open and honest our customers have been. Your input genuinely helps us grow stronger as a company, and we warmly welcome any further comments or constructive criticism.


Our goal is simple: to keep improving every day.
