I’m genuinely humbled by the trust we’ve been shown

Since getting back in the driver’s seat in July 2025, of the business I built and loved between 2008 and 2018, something meaningful has happened.

Several customers I used to look after personally, who had moved their IT support elsewhere during my absence, have come back to us.

We’ve also spoken with customers who were considering a change, but ultimately chose to stay. Some did so because they knew I was fully back on board; others, who didn’t know me personally, gave me and my new team the opportunity to prove ourselves.

That trust, and those opportunities mean a great deal to me, and to the entire team - we thank you!

This is how the business was built in the first place: through high standards, attention to detail, hands-on involvement, long-term relationships, and accountability. It’s the same approach that earned the trust of local businesses for more than a decade, and it’s the standard we’re restoring and strengthening today.

After being thrown into the deep end, I’m incredibly proud of my team and the direction we’re heading.

To those who returned, and those who chose to stay, thank you. Your confidence reinforces that we’re doing the right things, for the right reasons.

We’re committed to supporting our local businesses and community for the long haul.
